Shipping & returns

We deliver only within 4 km of our studio — typically in 10–20 minutes when you share your location. Outside this area you will see “You are outside the store service radius,” and checkout is not available.

Innerwear is packed in discreet packaging with no product names on the outside of the parcel.

Cash on Delivery and prepaid UPI/card (Razorpay) are both available at checkout.

For size exchanges or damaged items, write to us from the contact page within 7 days of delivery. Hygiene-sensitive innerwear that has been used cannot be returned.
